By accessing or using Analyte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1a. Use of Zoho Campaigns & APIs
Analyte uses Zoho Campaigns and Zoho APIs to manage newsletters, campaign delivery, and related communications. By signing up for newsletters or interacting with campaign features, you acknowledge and accept the use of these third-party services. Please refer to Zoho's own terms and privacy policies for details on their data handling.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Account creation and authentication are managed via Firebase Authentication.
3. Content
- You retain ownership of your content but grant Analyte a license to display it on the platform.
- Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
- Analyte is a modern knowledge platform—all topics are welcome, but content must remain respectful and legal.
4. Data & Privacy

- We use Firebase Firestore for storing posts and user profiles.
5. API Usage
- Analyte provides public and authenticated APIs for accessing knowledge content, user profiles, and analytics.
- API usage is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent security may result in access restrictions or account termination.
- API consumers must not use the API for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
- We may monitor API usage and log requests for security and analytics.
- API endpoints, rate limits, and allowed operations may change at any time without prior notice.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Analyte after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The owner and operators of Analyte are not responsible for any financial loss, damages, or other consequences resulting from data corruption, content loss, or any other technical or operational issues. Authors and users are solely responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring the integrity of their own content. Use the platform at your own risk.
