  • Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email, display name, and (if provided) profile photo. Authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication.
  • Content Data: Posts, comments, and other content you create—on any topic—are stored in Firebase Firestore.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics for analytics and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the Analyte knowledge hub platform.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To display your content to other users.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
  • To enable API access to knowledge content, user profiles, and analytics, subject to Terms of Service.
  • API requests may be logged for security, analytics, and abuse prevention.

3. Data Sharing & Security

  • Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. We also use Zoho Campaigns and Zoho APIs to manage newsletters and campaign communications. If you sign up for newsletters or interact with campaign features, your email and relevant data may be shared with Zoho for communication purposes. Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud infrastructure and handled according to Zoho's privacy policies when shared.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Access & Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting [loading...].

4. Cookies & Tracking

  • We use cookies and local storage for authentication state and theme preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

5. Children’s Privacy

  • Analyte is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
